Serves 4


1 lb. Ground Turkey

2 tbsp. Olive Oil

1 chopped onion

2 minced garlic cloves

1 tbsp. tomato paste

3 tbsp.  Chili powder

1 tbsp. Ground Cumin

1 tsp. Ground Coriander

1 tsp. Cayenne powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 14 oz. can Red Kidney Beans (drained and rinsed)

1 14 oz. can Black beans (drained and rinsed)

32 oz. Chicken broth

Bunch cilantro and flat leaf parsley



Brown the turkey in the olive oil.  Remove after browning. Add onions and sauté until translucent, add garlic and sweat for one minutes, add tomato paste and brown for two minutes, add spices and sweat for two minutes.

Add beans, chicken broth, cooked ground turkey. Bring to a boil for two minutes then drop to a simmer for one hour.

Add cilantro and parsley, salt and pepper to taste.

Add Fritos if you like or any other condiment.
