Melt in your Mouth Chicken


  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (or 8 chicken thighs skinless and deboned)
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt –plain
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper


  1. Place chicken pieces in a greased glass baking dish
  2. Spread mixture over chicken breasts, bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes


Serve this with some green beans and roasted potatoes for a complete delicious meal.
