4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

1 cup chicken broth

1 (10.75 oz) can cream of chicken or mushroom or celery soup

1 (6 oz) box stuffing mix

½ cup water

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables



  1. Place chicken in bottom of crock-pot. Pour broth over chicken.
  2. Mix soup, stuffing, mixed veg and water in a bowl; spoon on top of chicken
  3. Cook on low for 7 hours.
