Crock Pot Hawaiian Chicken

  • 3 lbs chicken breast
  • One 20 oz canned crushed/chunk pineapple
  • One 18oz sweet BBQ sauce
  • Half an onion chopped (optional)
  • One teaspoon of cayenne (optional)


  1. Put all the ingredients in a crock pot or a slow cooker
  2. Cook on High for 4 to 5 hours.
  3. Serve on white rice and enjoy
