½ c. granulated white sugar

1 tsp. cinnamon

4 cans refrigerated biscuits (buy the cheapest they have – store brand works great)

1 cup brown sugar

½ cup (one stick) butter (you can use margarine, but I like butter better)


Grease 9″ x 12″ pan well. Combine cinnamon and white sugar in a plastic bag. Cut biscuits into quarters. Drop pieces into bag (not too many at once) and shake to cover with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Layer in pan. Melt butter. Add brown sugar and combine well with butter. Pour over biscuit pieces in pan. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Then invert onto lightly greased platter or cookie sheet to serve. Best when served warm.
