Orange Creamsicle Smoothie

1 small frozen banana ¾ cup vanilla low fat yogurt ½ cup orange juice Ice cubes (optional) Blend frozen banana, ice (if desired), and orange juice on high until mixture thickens. Add yogurt and blend until well combined. Recipe yields 2 servings. PALS Students
