Slow Cooker Pot Roast


Ingredients

  • 3-5 lb. rump or chuck roast
  • 2 pkg. brown gravy mix
  • 1 pkg. original hidden valley ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup zesty Italian dressing
  • 5 medium peeled, cubed potatoes
  • 1 small bag of baby carrots
  • 2-3 stalks of celery chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 16 oz. beef broth

 

Directions

  1. Brown Roast in pan on stove, making sure to brown all sides well, and place in slow cooker
  2. Add other ingredients
  3. Cook on low for 10-12 hours
