Ingredients
- 3 lbs chicken breast
- One 20 oz canned crushed/chunk pineapple
- One 18oz sweet BBQ sauce
- Half an onion chopped (optional)
- One teaspoon of cayenne (optional)
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a crock pot or a slow cooker
- Cook on High for 4 to 5 hours.
- Serve on white rice and enjoy
