Chocolate Éclair Dessert


Cost to make is $7.27, or about $1.21/serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of graham crackers
  • 1 small box of vanilla pudding
  • 1 Cup milk
  • 1 tub of cool whip
  • 1 container of chocolate frosting

Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix the pudding and milk according to the package.  Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes, allowing to set.  Add the container of cool whip to the pudding and set aside.  In a 9×13 pan, place a layer of graham crackers to cover the bottom of the pan.  Pour ½ of the pudding/cool whip mixture on top of the crackers.  Top with another layer of graham crackers.  Pour the remaining pudding mixture over the crackers.  Top with another layer of graham crackers.  Heat the frosting in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds and stir.  Gently pour the frosting on top of the crackers and spread out to cover all of the crackers.  Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
